Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Taskoras, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items according to the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Return Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Holiday Orders: Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st will have an extended return period until January 31st.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Condition Requirements:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- Apparel items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags still attached.
- Shipping Charges: Expedited and overnight shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the delay is due to the carrier.
- Incorrect or Defective Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support for assistance.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Visit our Returns Portal at Taskoras.com/return.
- Enter your order number and the email used for purchase.
- Select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- Choose whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different item.
- Select a return shipment method:
- Prepaid Shipping Label – Print the provided label and drop off the package at a designated carrier location.
- Drop-Off Return Location – Visit a participating return location with a QR code for a package-free return.
- Submit your return request and follow the instructions for shipping your item(s) back.
Once we receive your return and it is processed, you will receive an email confirmation regarding your refund or exchange order.
Return Policy for Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased a Taskoras product from a retail store or an online third-party retailer, returns must be made directly to the original place of purchase. If you are unable to return the item to the retailer, we may offer an exchange of equal value upon proof of purchase.
- Items must be in new condition, free of wear, and subject to evaluation by our team.
- We do not offer refunds for purchases made outside of Taskoras.com.
Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sites such as eBay or Poshmark are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty claims.
